How we do it
A serviced boiler is safer, cheaper to run and keeps its warranty. Ours is a proper strip-down service rather than a look and a sticker: we open the case, clean and inspect the burner and heat exchanger, run a flue gas analysis, check the pressure, expansion vessel and safety devices, and test the controls.
You get a written report the same day with the readings, anything we found, and a fixed price for any work that is worth doing. Most small faults — a weeping valve, a sticking diverter, low pressure — we fix there and then from parts on the van.
For landlords, the gas safety certificate (CP12) covers up to three appliances for £69, or £139 together with a full boiler service. We book the tenants directly, text them the slot and send the certificate to you or your agent the same evening.
Every customer goes on our reminder list. A month before the next one is due, you get a text with a link to book.
Questions about boiler servicing and gas safety
What happens if the service finds a fault?
We explain it, give you a fixed price to fix it, and most small faults are fixed on the spot from parts on the van. Nothing is done without your say-so.
Can you do all the certificates for my rental portfolio?
Yes. We keep a register of your properties, book tenants directly and send certificates to you or your agent. Landlords with five or more homes get priority slots.
